Standings for 2009

Congrats to the Odd Balls, the 2009 MCCSL champs! They defeated the Ball Busters 7-4 on Sept 18.
The game was called after 6 innings on account of darkness.
Thanks to everyone for making this a successful season despite all the rainouts.
I am hoping to run the league for one last season in 2010. I'll be contacting everyone in February.

NOTE: There are a couple of rules that need clarification.
First, two males cannot bat back-to-back. This rule does not apply to females. You can bat as many females in a row as you want.
Second, a pitched ball that lands on home plate is NOT a strike. The men's league adopted that rule this year and apparently some of the umps assumed it applies to our league as well. It's always a good idea for the team captains to go over the rules with the umpire before each game.
